I offer you reflections with the power of clarity, unbiased by preconceived notions of who you are and what I expect of you as a friend or family member. At the same time, only you have the key to open the gate: all I do is help you locate where you left it, or lend you a step stool so you can vault over!

 

6 Weeks, Weekly Check-Ins

Appropriate for individuals who:

– Already have some personal care practices well integrated, but have specific target areas that need attention

– Have a busy schedule but can fit in one-half hour of dedicated, distraction-free time per week for consultations

Week 1: One-Hour (Phone/Skype) Call; Orientation and Timeline Overview

Weeks 2-5: Half-Hour Weekly Call, including Timeline Check-Ins

Week 6: One-Hour Call; Assessment of the Process; Plan Going Forward

 

3 Months, Weekly Check-Ins

Appropriate for:

– Individuals who are relatively new to substantial self-care, or who are going through a significant life transition

– Can commit to 1/2 hour of weekly, distraction free consultations

Month One

Week 1: One-Hour (Phone/Skype) Call; Orientation and Timeline Overview

Weeks 2-4: Half-Hour Weekly Call, including Timeline Check-Ins
